Clayton Chandler, OCD's Community Improvement Coordinator, was named the one of the City's top 3-1-1 callers early this fall. Philly 311 is the City of Philadelphia's quick and easy phone number for residents to access city services and information. On September 7, 2012, OCD was invited to meet with Richard Negrin, Managing Director for the City of Philadelphia, and Rosetta Carrington Lue, Chief Customer Service Officer.
OCD works closely with the Visitation Gateway community's Town Watch and local busineses and reports issues that need to be addressed in our service area. Some of the top issues we report include illegal dumping and graffiti. Together with residents we are improving the Gateway community!
